We are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. Here, you will find all the information you need regarding our shipping options, delivery times, and straightforward returns process. Whether you're placing an order or considering a return, we've got you covered with transparent and customer-friendly policies designed to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Delivery & Shipping
We aim to deliver every order within 3-8 days inside Europe, and every International order within 5-12 days. In case this cannot be adhered to, you will be notified when placing the order. In case this cannot be adhered to, you will be notified when placing the order.
We are always seeking out the most sustainable, low-impact shipping methods for our products. We endeavour to keep our customer base informed at every stage, as we explore new, innovative solutions to the environmental challenges of deliveries and postage. The same goes for our packaging.
Tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation e-mail, so you can follow your order until it is delivered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
We are not responsible for an additional import duties and charges for shipments outside the EU. Please check the rules of your country to learn more about the potential extra costs.
Refunds & Returns
We are committed to provide absolute satisfaction with each of your purchases, and we will do everything that we can to make sure your new products meet your expectations.
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase and ship it to FUTURE OF FASHION within the following 14 days from having notified us. We are not able to provide an exchange or refund on any of our products that have been personalized. To return an order please contact returns@futureoffashion.com and await our return confirmation.
Return items must be in new condition with original tags attached. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. We reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy, and returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Orders placed later are dispatched on the following business day, excluding Danish public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide.
